LotCaliper is operated by Oleksii Udod as a natural person.

Information we collect and use

LotCaliper collects the information you submit through the early-access form, currently your email address, self-reported role, purchase frequency, and optional paid-pilot interest, together with basic submission and acquisition metadata such as submission time, referrer, and UTM parameters when available.

We use this information to manage early-access requests and send LotCaliper early-access and product-launch communications. You can unsubscribe from product emails at any time.

LotCaliper uses PostHog for limited product analytics in Production through an approved cookieless configuration. These analytics are limited to explicit product-usage events used to understand site usage and the analysis, pricing, and early-access funnel.

We do not send email addresses, raw form data, purchase-frequency answers, paid-pilot-interest answers, or other qualification/form contents to PostHog. Automatic page views, autocapture, session replay, heatmaps, automatic exception/performance capture, and similar broad automatic capture are disabled. PostHog analytics do not use browser identifiers persisted in cookies, localStorage, or sessionStorage. We may process technical or security logs to maintain and protect the site.

Service providers

We use the following services to operate LotCaliper:

• Vercel for hosting, delivery, and technical security.
• Supabase for early-access data storage; the Production project's primary data region is West EU (Ireland).
• PostHog for limited product analytics through the approved cookieless Production configuration.

International data transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where a provider transfers personal data outside the EEA, the transfer is subject to the safeguards described in the provider's applicable data-processing terms, such as an applicable adequacy mechanism or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Vercel may process personal data in the United States and other locations in connection with hosting, delivery, and security services.

LotCaliper's Production Supabase project's primary database region is West EU (Ireland).

Legal basis

We process information submitted through the early-access form and send LotCaliper early-access and product-launch communications based on your consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting privacy@lotcaliper.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn.

Withdrawing consent stops future LotCaliper early-access and product-launch emails and stops use of the information for those consent-based purposes. We may retain a minimal suppression record where necessary to ensure that your withdrawal continues to be respected, and information may be retained where required by law or necessary for legal claims. You may separately request deletion of your personal data.

Retention and deletion

• Contact, signup, and early-access data is retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction while the relevant processing basis remains applicable, or until earlier withdrawal or deletion requires the data to be removed, subject to minimal suppression records and legally required retention.
• Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months.
• Technical and security logs are retained for up to 90 days, except where longer retention is necessary for security, legal compliance, or legal claims.

Following a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize data from active systems without undue delay. Residual copies may remain temporarily in provider backups until normal backup expiration.

Data may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for legal claims.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent where applicable.

Send requests to privacy@lotcaliper.com. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. Requests will be handled without undue delay and normally within one month.

You may also complain to your competent supervisory authority. In Estonia, this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
